WATER SANITATION AND HYGIENE: THE CHALLENGE AND THE EFFORTS TOWARDS HELPING EVERYONE TO CHANGE.

It was a three months experience, living in an amazing village of Mageseni of Kongwa District, Dodoma. Participating on International Citizen Service (ICS) Water Sanitation and Hygiene program was a very nice time to accomplish my ambition. I have been always ambitious to work with community with the aim of using my knowledge and skills to bring changes to my fellow youths and exploring new global opportunities, so I learnt that ICS will help me to connect with people of different culture and perspectives and working with them.

It was my hope that they will bring new knowledge and skills as an advantage
 of participating in the program. It was a very important moment in my life, staying with people of different culture but speaking same language on accomplishing common goals.

JINSI YA KUANDAA CHAKULA CHA MIFUGO YAKO KWA NJIA YA HYDROPONICS

Hydroponics ni utaratibu wa kuotesha mimea kwa kutumia maji bila kuhusisha mchanga/udongo kabisa. Mimea inaoteshwa katika chombo maalum "tray" ambacho kipo safi na kina matundu kwa chini ili kusaidia maji yasituame wakati unamwagilia mimea yako.
Tuangalie mfano wa uoteshaji mbegu za ngano kwa njia hii ili zitumike kama chakula cha mifugo kama kuku, ng'ombe, nguruwe, sungura.n.k.

VIFAA:
1.Tray ya plastic au aluminium yenye matundu (umbo lolote tu).
2. Chupa ya kunyunyizia maji (sprayer).
3. Mbegu za ngano au shayiri(chagua ambazo hazijambunguliwa).
4. Chombo cha kulowekea mbegu (ndoo au beseni itafaa).
5. Chujio la plastiki au unaweza tumia kitambaa.

JINSI YA KUANDAA:
1. Pima uzito wa mbegu zako kisha zisafishe kuondoa takataka zote..
2. Weka maji kwenye ndoo au beseni kisha weka mbegu zako ili kuziloweka kwa masaa 4 mpaka 12(unavyoloweka muda mrefu ndio zinaota haraka zaidi).
3. Baada ya kuloweka toa mbegu zako kisha chuja maji kwa chujio au kitambaa safi.
4. Baada ya kuchuja mbegu zako zihamishie kwenye tray kisha zisambaze ili zisibanane sana. (Kama huna trei tumia hata ungo).

TSH: 45,000/= ambao unauwezo wa kutoa lita 25 hadi 30 kila baada ya
miezi 5 na kwa mwaka unaweza kulina mara mbili,
Mzinga mmoja unauwezo wa kukuzalishia kiasi cha TSH: 250,000/= hadi
400,000/= kwa mwaka kama mfugaji utafuata kanuni za ufugaji bora wa
Nyuki kama kwa kujenga Nyumba ya Nyuki (bee house), kuweka vijengeo
vya kuwalishia Nyuki, kupanda mimea inayo wavutia Nyuki kama Mirejea,
alizeti na mbaazi.

Magufuli, Rais Vietnam wakubaliana mazito

RAIS wa Vietnam, Truong Tan Sang, ameondoka nchini jana baada ya kumaliza ziara yake ya siku nne. Pamoja na mambo mengine akiwa katika ziara yake nchini, kiongozi huyo amekubaliana na Rais John Magufuli, kuongeza mauzo baina ya nchi hizo mbili, kutoka Dola milioni 300 (Sh bilioni 630) za sasa hadi kufikia Dola bilioni moja (Sh trilioni 2.1) ifikapo mwaka 2020.
Akizungumza jana jijini Dar es Salaam wakati wa majumuisho ya pamoja ya ziara ya Rais huyo nchini, Waziri wa Mambo ya Nje na Ushirikiano wa Afrika Mashariki, Kikanda na Kimataifa, Balozi Augustine Mahiga alisema ziara hiyo imekua na manufaa mengi na nchi hizi mbili zimekubaliana kuimarisha maendeleo na uhusiano.
Maeneo hayo ni pamoja na kukuza biashara baina ya Vietnam na Tanzania na kuhakikisha mauzo yanaongezeka kutoka dola milioni 300 kwa mwaka za sasa hadi kufika dola bilioni moja mwaka 2020.
